BOOKING TERMS

Rates are valid until the duration or as mentioned, or else customized as informed to you.
Rates may differ during Christmas, New Year, and long weekends; please contact our team for further details.
Advance payment at the time of booking and balance as specified by your relationship agent.
No adjustments or refunds in case of not availing any facility from the package.
In keeping with heightened security protocols, we request all guests to carry Vaccination certificates, photo identity, Passport, valid visa, and any other document required by the respective governments.
Subject to the availability of rooms, we can offer you an early check-in and late checkout facility. For us to guarantee you an early check-in or late check-out, you will need to reserve the room from the previous night.
All prices quoted are valid for a period of 7 days, post which the same has to be reviewed by your relationship agent.

15 days and less - 100% cancellation.
16 days to 30 days - 90% cancellation.
31 days to 45 days - 60% cancellation.
46 days and above - 0% cancellation.
All flight bookings attract 100% cancellation post-issuance unless specified otherwise
Amendment in dates within 45 days from arrival is treated as a cancellation.
The cancellation amount is calculated as per the total booking amount and not as per the advance deposited.
Christmas / New Year and long weekend bookings are non-refundable.

All refunds will be processed as per the cancellations terms agreed upon specifically, or as mentioned above in the cancellation policy
All refunds will be processed after deductions pertaining to bank transfer charges, rate of exchange differential, and necessary taxes paid.

Subject to the above provisions, you consent to the collection and use of information by us in accordance with this policy.
